As Vice President of Commercial Banking for Bank Mutual in Southeast Wisconsin, Mark is responsible for developing and managing banking relationships for upper middle market manufacturers, distributors and business service providers. Mark has over 38 years of experience in commercial lending.

Prior to joining Bank Mutual, Mark worked at other financial institutions where he was a Middle Market Corporate Banker, responsible for business development and managing a portfolio of upper mid-market companies with sales $50MM – $3B; he also held the position of Senior Vice President.

Mark is a leading national performer in client profitability and new business development. In his career he has been active in cross-sell opportunities including mergers and acquisitions, capital structuring, international trade, private wealth, cash management, asset-based lending and more. He adds value to his clients through his expertise in areas including risk analysis, strategic planning, family business issues and M&A.

Mark holds an undergraduate degree in finance/ accounting from Drake University and a MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mark has a son and daughter, each in their twenties. In his spare time, Mark enjoys golfing and fishing.
